A 20% VAT applies to all domestic orders within the United Kingdom.
UNITED STATES
Since 29 August 2025 the duty-free threshold (‘de minimis’) of $800 USD has been removed and replaced by tariffs (duties) which must be paid to US Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
Royal Mail are now providing postal delivery duties paid (PDDP) services which meet the new requirements.
In order that we can continue to export goods to the United States 10% duties apply to all goods sent via Royal Mail with PDDP.
This payment is taken at the checkout and requires no further action from the customer.
EUROPEAN UNION (EU)
Due to significant delays and packages being returned we are unable to send our products to the EU via Royal Mail.
We can send our products via DHL if requested for an additional fee (we only charge what the actual shipping would cost).
All orders placed from the EU will be refunded via PayPal if you do not pay to have them sent via DHL.
We recommend using an Authorised Stockist located in the EU:

For orders over £150.00 GBP we will send your order via DHL at no additional cost. We will require your email and contact telephone number (provide via PayPal address). Note: You will be required to pay import tax etc. before the item is delivered by DHL.

Spend £28.00 GBP ($35 USD) or more and get free tracked delivery worldwide!
If the order value is less than £28.00 GBP you will be charged the flat rate fee (£12.50 GBP) for tracked delivery worldwide.
