FENDCUFF® is supplied as a complete nylon restraint system:
1 x Rigid Connector
1 x Integrated Kinetic Holster (Spare Rigid Connector)
1 x Hook & Loop Wrap Strap
2 x Nylon Disposable Cable-Ties
There are now two versions of FENDCUFF® Rigid Connector available:
v1.0 for 9mm and 10mm cable-ties
v2.0 for 9mm, 10mm and 12.6mm cable-ties
Both versions of Rigid Connector will work with the key operated reusable nylon restraints.
On request, FENDCUFF® can be supplied locked and loaded, with the nylon restraints in the double-loop configuration and installed inside the integrated kinetic holster.
The FENDCUFF® can be installed on any 2 inch duty belt in seconds and it also works with MOLLE/PALS.
The FENDCUFF® complete nylon restraint system is always ready for rapid deployment. Simply pull on the connector to extract the nylon restraint from the integrated holster.
If required the integrated holster can be used as another connector for nylon restraints, just add two cable-ties and you're good to go!
LOW-PROFILE 12.6MM CABLE-TIE 10PK
2 x Cable-Ties are required to reload the FENDCUFF® Rigid Connector v2.0.
The 10-pack of cable-ties will provide nylon restraints @ £0.60 GBP/person (2 x £0.30 GBP),
making them cost-effective when compared to standard double-loop restraints that can be more than 6 times the cost!
These low-profile 12.6mm cable-ties feature a low profile head for the FENDCUFF® Rigid Connector v2.0 (NOT INCLUDED).

LOAD
The FASTCUFF® H-BLOCK allows for reusable key operated nylon restraints to be loaded in a double-loop configuration.
Reusable key operated nylon restraints are numbered 1 and 2 just below the head. Loading a number 1 and 2 ensures both key-ways are facing in the same direction.
Simply place the head of the restraint with the key-way facing out. The tail of the strap then goes through the H-BLOCK and into the head of the restraint.
This will lock and load the restraint in the double-loop configuration.
CARRY
The FASTCUFF® H-BLOCK allows for the restraint to be folded in half for convenient carry on a duty belt using a Karabiner style clip.
The straps of the nylon restraint can also be inserted into the webbing of a MOLLE compatible PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System).
RELEASE
No cutting tool required.
To release, insert the handcuff key in the slot and turn towards the tail of the restraint and at the same extract the strap from the head.
You should not have to turn the key very hard to get the strap to move.
COST-EFFECTIVE
In the first hours of captivity, a subject may require their disposable nylon restraints cut off over 5 times.
When compared to single-use disposable restraints the reusable key operated nylon restraints can provide a saving of 90% when reused up to 20 times.
Replacement key operated nylon restraints are available.
If required the H-BLOCK can also be loaded with single-use disposable 9mm and 10mm cable-ties, available at most builders merchants.
KRAB Karabiner for FASTCUFF® H-BLOCK
The design allows for horizontal or vertical attachment to MOLLE/PALS 1-inch webbing, or add the HOOK & LOOP WRAP STRAP for carry on a 2-inch duty belt.

HOOK & LOOP STRAP
It can be installed on any 2-inch duty belt in seconds and it also works with MOLLE/PALS.
SMART-TIE 600 (LEG RESTRAINT)
It has the advantage of being manufactured from a range of high temperature polymers, giving it superior chemical and temperature resistance up to 175°C
The SMART-TIE 600 (24 inches) can be used as a leg restraint, when placed around the subjects' ankles.
To remove or adjust the SMART-TIE 600 use the key-shim supplied to release the cable-tie from the locking mechanism.
For carry on a duty belt insert the SMART-TIE 600 between the belt and pouches, leave the head exposed for quick access.
For a standard belt the SMART-TIE 600 can be carried and concealed behind the belt with the head located near the buckle.
Simply pull on the head to extract and deploy the SMART-TIE 600.
